Are your trainers certified industry practitioners?
Yes. All our academic trainers hold industry-recognised certifications in their subject areas—including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and CompTIA. Crucially, our trainers are active practitioners who work on production projects alongside teaching. Our IT services engineers hold advanced credentials (such as CISSP, PMP, and Google Cloud Professional) and have a minimum of five years of enterprise experience.

What is LearnTech Academy's refund policy?
For self-paced online courses, we offer a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the content. For instructor-led batches, refunds are processed up to 48 hours prior to the batch start date. IT service retainer contracts operate on a 30-day cancellation notice.
